Mr. González of Springfield Mr. Gonzalez of Springfield moves to amend House 4000, in Section 2, line item 7003-0100 after the word “workforce” by adding  the following, “provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for the New England Farm Workers’ Council’ inc.
