Mr. Gonzalez of Springfield moves to amend section 2 in line item 4510-0110 adding at the end thereof the following:-“; provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Brightwood Health Clinic in the city of Springfield to assist in COVID-19 related outreach to the neighborhoods served by said clinic, predominantly in the North End of the city”
