Amendment #58 to H4000

The Organization for the Assabet River, “OARS,” Water Quality Monitoring

Ms. Hogan of Stow moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2200-0100, in line 15, by inserting after “continued” the following: “provided further, that not less than $30,000 shall be expended to enter into an agreement with OARS, Inc. to operate a water quality monitoring program in the Sudbury, Assabet and Concord rivers”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$33,124,358” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$33,154,358”.
