Amendment #584 to H4000

New England Culinary Arts Training

Mr. Santiago of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0010, by inserting the following:

provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended on the New England Center for Arts & Technology, Inc.
