Communications upgrades in Southbridge

Mr. Durant of Spencer moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, in line 12, by adding after "governments" the following: "; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for upgrading telephone and communications equipment for municipal buildings in the town of Southbridge."
