HVAC improvements in Southbridge

Mr. Durant of Spencer moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, in line 12, by adding after the word "governments" the following: "; provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for upgrading HVAC equipment in municipal building formerly known as the Casaubon Center located on Larochelle Way in the town of Southbridge."
