Amendment #606 to H4000

Gavin Foundation

Mr. Biele of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200 by adding the following:

"provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for a contract with the Gavin Foundation, Inc. to provide a total immersion program in conjunction with the probation departments of the South Boston division of the Boston municipal court department and other district courts";

and in said item by striking out the figures "$160,134,092" and inserting in place thereof the figures

"$160,384,092".
