Amendment #620 to H4000

Modernizing Middleborough Police Department

Representatives Orrall of Lakeville, Gifford of Wareham and LaNatra of Kingston move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 8000-0313, by adding the following: “ provided further, that no less than $25,000 shall be expended to the Town of Middleborough police department to implement measures intended to build positive relationships with the community, including the purchasing of body cameras for officers.”, and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “125,000”.
