Juvenile Firesetter Intervention and Prevention

Mr. Carey of Easthampton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 5042-5000, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $90,000 shall be expended for the Northwestern Juvenile Fire Intervention, Response, Education and Safety Partnership, Inc. for a juvenile firesetter intervention and prevention program in Hampshire and Franklin counties".
