Stop the Bleed

Mr. Dooley of Norfolk move to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 4000-1701 the following item:-

"4000-1702 For the creation of a pilot program to fund the procurement of trauma kits and bleeding control training for schools.....$1,000,000”
