Norfolk FD Extrication Tools

Mr. Dooley of Norfolk moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8324-0000, by adding the following:- “provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Norfolk Fire Department for the purchase of a battery powered extrication tools.”
