Dudley Playground Safety Upgrades

Mr. Durant of Spencer moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, in line 12, by adding after the word "governments" the following: "; provided further, that not less than $110,000 shall be expended for safety equipment at the Richard A. Carmignani, Sr. Memorial Playground in the town of Dudley."
