Worcester Common Ground

Ms. Keefe of Worcester moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4400-1020, by inserting at the end the following:

provided further, that no less than $20,000 shall be expended for Worcester Common Ground, Inc., for the purpose of demonstrating the City's diversity through community-based events.
