Culturally Appropriate Childcare

Ms. Miranda of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 3000-4060, by inserting after the word "fiscal year" the following: "; provided further, that not less than $500,000 be expended for Children Services of Roxbury to maintain culturally appropriate early childcare programming for low-income, at-risk children in the Roxbury and Dorchester neighborhoods of Boston.
