Amendment #677 to H4000

Smokeless Tobacco Stamping

Mr. Cusack of Braintree moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

SECTION XX. (a) Section 1 of chapter 64C of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2018 edition, is hereby amended by striking out the last sentence.

(b) This section shall take effect on July 1, 2022
