Amendment #687 to H4000

Outdoor Advertising

Mr. Hunt of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XXXX: Section 32 of chapter 93, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition of the Massachusetts General Laws, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “way”, in line 6, the following words:- ; provided, however, that sections 29 to 31, inclusive, and section 33 shall apply to the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority.
