Amendment #70 to H4000

Shared Use Path on Service Road in Sandwich

Mr. Xiarhos of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in section 2, by adding in line item 2850-9701 the following: “; provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the purpose of the design and engineering of a shared used path on Service Road in the town of Sandwich and by striking out the figures “$1,593,190”and inserting in place thereof “$1,643,190”.”
