Tewksbury Police Reimbursement for State Hospital Services

Representatives Robertson of Tewksbury and Nguyen of Andover move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8000-0313, by inserting after “program” the following: “; provided further, that no less than $100,000 shall be expended for the town of Tewksbury for services provided by the Police Department to the Tewksbury State Hospital"; and in said item by striking out the figures “100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “200,000”.
