Amendment #723 to H4000

Combatting Opioid Misuse in Greater New Bedford

Representatives Hendricks of New Bedford, Straus of Mattapoisett, Schmid of Westport, Cabral of New Bedford and Markey of Dartmouth moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 0810-1205, in line 8 by adding the following: "; provided that not less than $50,000 is expended for the New Bedford Police Department to support the Greater New Bedford Opioid Task Force"  and in said item by striking out the figures "$1,992,669" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$2,042,669"
