Amendment #735 to H4000

Restorative Justice through SouthCoast Youth Court program

Representatives Hendricks of New Bedford, Cabral of New Bedford, Schmid of Westport and Fiola of Fall River move to amend the bill in Section 2, in line item 7061-9611, in line 39 by adding after “districts” the following: “; and provided further that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the SouthCoast Youth Court programs of New Bedford and Fall River to support juvenile diversion programs based on the principles of peer-led restorative justice" and further in said bill by striking the figures "$10,577,017" and replacing with the figures "$10,777,017"
