America Reads/Counts Program

Representatives Schmid of Westport, Fiola of Fall River, Markey of Dartmouth, Silvia of Fall River, Cabral of New Bedford and Hendricks of New Bedford move to amend the bill in Section 2, item 7003-0100, in line 1, by inserting after “workforce” the following: provided further, not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Leduc Center for Civic Engagement at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth for costs related to the America Reads/Counts program
