Amendment #76 to H4000

Historical Preservation and Renovation of the Water Street Promenade

Mr. Xiarhos of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in section 2, by adding in line item 7008-0900 the following: “; provided further that not less than $30,000 shall be expended for the purpose of funding full historical preservation, renovation, beautification, and construction of the Water Street Promenade in the town of Plymouth and by striking out the figures “$5,163,175”and inserting in place thereof “$5,193,175”.”
