Representatives Cabral of New Bedford, Schmid of Westport, Markey of Dartmouth and Hendricks of New Bedford moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7061-9611, in line 39, by inserting after “districts” the following: “and provided further that not less than $80,000 shall be expended for youth programs at Dennison Memorial Community Center in New Bedford”.
