Blackstone Low Clearance Bridge Reconstruction

Mr. Soter of Bellingham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by inserting after the word “governments” the following words:-

“provided further, that not less than $59,000 shall be allocated to the Town of Blackstone to create a master plan focusing on the clearance issues and replacement of the two low clearance bridges on Saint Paul Street.”
