PFAS Testing & Treatment Funding Deadline Extension

Ms. Hogan of Stow moves to amend the bill by inserting the following section: Section XXXX. Section 2A of Chapter 142 of the Acts of 2019 is hereby amended in item 2250-2002, in line 7, by striking out the word “2021” and inserting in place thereof “2022”.
