East Cambridge Railroad Noise Mitigation Study

Mr. Connolly of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1595-6368 by adding the following “provided further that not less than $125,000 shall be expended for the study of noise impacts and mitigation opportunities relative to the Grand Junction Railroad in East Cambridge and the Commuter Rail Maintenance Facility in Somerville;”
