Blackstone Economic Empowerment Plan

Mr. Soter of Bellingham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by inserting after the word “governments” the following words:-

“provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be allocated to the Town of Blackstone and the town’s economic development committee to draft an economic design plan to increase the industrial base of the town and establish a pathway to achieve its goals.”
