Amendment #796 to H4000

Foster Care Daily Rate

Ms. Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield moves to amend the bill in Section 2 in line item 4800-0038 by adding after the words "flex services" the following, "provided further that not less than $4,500,0000 shall be used to support an increase the daily rate of support for children in foster care of not less than 5%" and in said item by striking out the figure "$299,600,799" and inserting in place thereof the figure "$304,100,799".
