Amendment #798 to H4000

Berkshire Theatre Group Summer Programing

Representatives Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield and Mark of Peru moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting at the end the following: “provided further that no less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Berkshire Theatre Group for use in summer programing.” and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$200,000”.
