Representatives Ultrino of Malden, Donato of Medford, Lipper-Garabedian of Melrose, Barber of Somerville, McGonagle of Everett and Garballey of Arlington Moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0099, in line 54, by inserting after “families” the following: “provided further, that not less than $150,000 be expended to Action for Boston Community Development, Inc. for the Mobile Homeless Outreach team serving the cities of Malden, Medford, and Everett”
