Amendment #804 to H4000

Delayed Implementation of Section 8 of Chapter 220 of the Acts of 2018

Miss Gregoire of Marlborough moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:-

"SECTION. XX Section 8 of chapter 220 of the acts of 2018 is hereby amended by striking out “not later than October 1, 2021:” and inserting in place thereof, the following:- “not later than nine months following the end of the COVID-19 State of Emergency:”.
