Mr. González of Springfield Mr. Gonzalez of Springfield moves to amend bill in section 2 in line Item 8700-0001, by adding the following: "provided further that no less than $94,000 shall be allocated for the purchase of a caisson to be used for historical and ceremonial activities by the historic 54th Massachusetts Volunteer Regiments".
