William B. Gould Statue

Mr. McMurtry of Dedham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1410-0400, by adding the following: "provided further, not less than $75,000 be expended to the town of Dedham for the construction of a memorial statue of former slave and Civil War Navy veteran William B. Gould"; and in said item by striking out the figures "72,209,878" and inserting in place thereof the figures "72,284,878"
