FalmouthNet fiber-optic network

Mr. Vieira of Falmouth moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0010  by adding the following: " provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to FalmouthNet, Inc. for the engineering and design of a town-wide, community based fiber-optic network;"
