Amendment #852 to H4000

Tenant Advocacy Fund for Community Action Agency of Somerville, Inc

Ms. Uyterhoeven of Somerville move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0025, in the final line, by inserting after “continued” the following:  "; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Community Action Agency of Somerville, Inc. for tenant rights education and advocacy"

And further amend said item by striking out the figures “$5,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures "$5,100,000";
