Route 128 Underpass Improvement at Lowell Street

Mr. Walsh of Peabody moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1595-6368, in line 2, by inserting after "General Laws" the following: ";provided further that not less than $100,000 be expended for the lighting and facade improvement of the Lowell Street and Route 128 underpass at exit number 39 in Peabody”

And strike the figure "$351,587,919" and insert the following figure "$351,687,919"
