Sober Home Fire Safety

Ms. Garlick of Needham moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XXXX. Notwithstanding any general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, all accredited alcohol and drug free housing, pursuant to section 18A of chapter 17 of the General Laws, shall be free from any fine under section 34 and section 34C of chapter 148 due to a violation of section 26H of said chapter 148 until June 30, 2023.
