Amendment #887 to H4000

Community College Workforce Training Fund

Mr. Garballey of Arlington moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

Section XXX

Section 15F of chapter 15A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking the following: “public grants or private gifts shall not” and replacing it with the following: “public grants, not-for-profits, or private gifts shall”.
