Representatives Fiola of Fall River, Haddad of Somerset, Schmid of Westport and Silvia of Fall River moves to amend the bill in Section 2 in item 1410-1616, by adding the following: "; provided, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to Battleship Cove and the USS Massachusetts Memorial Committee, Inc;”
