Amendment #892 to H4000

Journalism Commission Deadlines Extension

Mr. Coppinger of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION XXXX. Subsection (b) of section 93 of chapter 358 of the acts of 2020 is hereby amended by striking out the words "January 14, 2021", and inserting in place thereof the following:- "September 1, 2021".

and further amended in subsection (f) of said section 93 of chapter 358 of the acts of 2020 by striking out the words "August 1, 2021", and inserting in place thereof the following:- "August 1, 2022"."
