Winter Pond

Mr. Day of Stoneham moves to amend the bill, in section 2, in item 2800-0101 by adding the following: "; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Town of Winchester for improvements to Winter Pond” and in said item by striking out the figures “$1,524,408” and inserting in place thereof “$1,624,408”.
