Amendment #90 to H4000

For the purchase of a safety vehicle for the North Andover Fire Department

Ms. Nguyen of Andover moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8324-0000, in line 46, by inserting after “program” the following: “; provided further, that no less than $55,000 shall be expended for the Town of North Andover to purchase a Ford F150 for the Fire Department”; and in said item by striking out the figures “29,392,331” and inserting in place thereof the figures “29,447,331”.
