Amendment #908 to H4000

Smokeless Tobacco Stamping

Mr. Jones of North Reading moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 12, the following section:-

"SECTION XX. Section 1 of chapter 64C of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the last sentence. "

And moves to further amend the bill by inserting after section 49, the following section:-

"SECTION XX.  Section XX shall take effect on July 1, 2022."
