Mr. Jones of North Reading moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1775-0800, by adding the following: “provided, that any unspent balance at the close of fiscal year 2022 shall remain in the Intragovernmental Service Fund and may be expended for that item in fiscal year 2023.”
