Amendment #92 to H4000

For Tewksbury Fire Department services provided to the State Hospital

Ms. Nguyen of Andover moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8324-0000, in line 46, by inserting after “program” the following: “; provided further, that no less than $90,000 shall be expended for the town of Tewksbury for services provided by the Fire Department to the Tewksbury State Hospital"; and in said item by striking out the figures “29,392,331” and inserting in place thereof the figures “29,482,331”.
