Amendment #920 to H4000

African Community Center of Lowell

Mr. Golden of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7003-0100, in line 1, by inserting after the word "workforce" the following: "provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to African Community Center of Lowell in the city of Lowell."; and in said item by striking out the figures "$792,620" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$792,670"
