Amendment #925 to H4000

Business Development Grant Program in the City of Lowell

Mr. Golden of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7003-0100, in line 1, by inserting after the word "workforce" the following: "provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended to the Innovation Venture Fund at University of Massachusetts Lowell for the continued implementation of a business development grant program to support new and existing businesses"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$792,620" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$992,620".
