Mr. Golden of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, in line 17, by inserting after "full rink season" the following: “provided further that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the Edward A. LeLacheur Park in the city of Lowell for ongoing maintenance and new investments that include updates to and improvements for the concourse, seating areas and the office/shop".; and in said item by striking the figure "$50,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figure "$50,200,000."
