Massachusetts State Universities most adversely impacted by pandemic-related enrollment changes

Representatives Gentile of Sudbury, Robinson of Framingham and Lewis of Framingham moves to amend the bill in section 2  by inserting after item 7066-6033 the following item:

For funding to Massachusetts State Universities most adversely impacted by pandemic -related enrollment changes as well as to address the impact of the pandemic on other State Universities public-purpose activities that relief funding is not available due to the institutions' public status. ................$3,700,000.
