Billerica Substance Abuse Committee

Mr. Lombardo of Billerica moves to amend in Section 2 in item 4512-0203, by adding the following “provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Billerica Substance Abuse Committee to combat the opioid epidemic.
